Wandering Soul

My Story

I am a Sports Science professional and researcher. Since I was a little girl, I’ve been fascinated by what the human body — mind, spirit, and physical form — is truly capable of.

 

With the unwavering support of my family, I earned a Doctorate in Sports Science and competed as an athlete from the age of eight — first in swimming, and later in cross-country running, road cycling, and other sports. My parents raised me “like a boy” — something quite uncommon in India at the time. It wasn’t always easy for them to have a free-spirited, strong-willed daughter, but they did their best to believe in my ‘not-so-normal’ way of seeing the world.

 

For many years, I worked tirelessly to become a respected sports scientist. But I eventually faced a painful truth: that strong, intelligent women are often not welcomed in certain professional spaces. That realization brought deep disappointment and forced me to turn inward — to question, to search for courage, and to ask what my life is truly meant for.

 

It’s been a long road since then. Sometimes exciting, often exhausting.

 

And then, in 2019, everything changed. 

I became a mother.

 

My little boy, Yugen, turned my world upside down. Through his unconditional love, I began to see my real worth — not for what I achieved, but simply for who I am. He helped me see that I am lovable and whole, just as I am.

 

For the first time, I began to release the endless self-criticism and impossible expectations — the pressure to be more, do more, take up less space, be less strong, less weak, less emotional, more likeable. I let it go, piece by piece.

 

And now, I stand here — proud, grounded, perfectly imperfect.

Still learning. Still falling and rising. Still healing. Still becoming.

 

Thanks to Yugen, I’ve come home to myself.

He showed me the magic of being human. He reminded me that softness is not weakness, and that my sensitivity is not something to fix, but something to honour.

 

From believing that something was wrong with me…

To embracing my flaws, my edges, my wholeness…meeting my man in the mountains of Bavaria, who smiles with pride at my strong mindedness and holds me close to his heart in my weakest moments.

 

From working more than 20 years in sports science…to now following my heart and working as a vegan chef in Bavaria, Germany — weaving nourishment, creativity, and care into each meal. Sharing love and peace through food cooked with "hand hearts" <3

My Yugen is my magic.

He is in my heart, in my breath, in all that I do.

Holistic Nutrition

I will guide you gently to connect with your bodies through healthy and nourishing food, not control. I will offer you uncomplicated nourishment support, meal ritual planning, understanding of intuitive eating and gut-brain connection to empower you to make better food choices. 

Grace & Strength Sessions

I will support you throughout your fitness journey. Empowering you through movement and grace. A fitness plan that heals, not punishes; strengthening you from the inside out. We will work together closely so you can move and train mindfully for more energy and confidence; staying aligned to change in body rhythm due to menstruation.

Self-Care Rituals & Daily Rhythms

 I will share age-old rituals to ground and support you emotionally and physically. I will take you on a journey to better understand moon cycles & seasonal transitions, create personalised self-care plan for you, offer nervous system reset rituals and help you design your morning and evening routines.

Wise Woman Becoming
"Our Community"

You are not alone in this. My hearts wish is to connect you to a loving and supportive community of women who are embarking on this powerful journey.. just like you!. Together we will walk this path of inner transformation leaning into the wise woman archetype which will bring about a rich, sacred, and intuitive energy to this community. A space of deep knowing, inner authority, embodiment wisdom, cyclical living, and gentle but powerful transformation. Not just personal but transformation of a community of wise women nurturing a healthy & balanced family and thus passing on the wisdom to generations to come! 

Trauma Sensitive Mentoring

Together we will create space for gentle, presence-based work that holds space for all the parts of body and the nervous system that has been hurt over and over since we were a child. We will dive deep into nervous system education and regulation, breath work for safety & softening, mindful stillness sessions, gentle introduction to ice bathing and inner child nourishment.

Wisdom Weaving Circles

In this community of wise women you will be supported not just by me but by each other. We will meet online regularly for sharing circles and create a space for sacred womanhood; where we listen with intention and support each other through this journey of self-acceptance, Self-care and self-empowerment.
